CLEAR CREEK COMMUNITY CHURCH ANNUAL REPORT
April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Dear Clear Creek Community Church Family,
Thank you for taking time to read our annual report. It’s not just about numbers; it’s about stories of faith. These stories remind us that the church isn’t a meeting we attend, it’s a people we belong to. And when those people live by faith, hope shows up in powerful ways.
This year, our vision to become a people of hope came into sharper focus. We said that faith isn’t just belief, it’s listening to God’s voice, taking leaps of obedience, and longing for what only he can do. And across our campuses and around the world, you’ve lived that kind of faith.
You’ll read in the pages ahead about people who listened to God, took a leap of faith, and lived with a longing for more of his kingdom. This is what happens when a church doesn’t settle for sitting in rows, but moves together as a people of hope.
We’re almost two years into a five-year vision that calls us to cast hope a million times, send a thousand people on foreign soil, engage one hundred percent of us in the mission, launch ten new churches/campuses, and daily surrender one heart to Jesus.
This report shows how our vision is coming to life. I hope it reminds you that God is at work among us, and that he’s not finished.
So, as you read, ask God to speak to you. Ask where he’s calling you to leap. And ask him to deepen your longing for what’s still to come.
Because when we live by faith together, we become a people of hope.
Grace and peace,
The mission for all believers is to “go…and make disciples.” As we go, we want to reach the people around us, wherever we are. When we intentionally B.L.E.S.S. people in our lives (pray for them, listen to them, share meals with them, serve them, and share our stories with them) we ultimately are casting hope, trusting that only God has the power to save and change their life.
Kevin Mikulan – Baptized December 22, 2024
Hello, my name is Kevin Mikulan and this is my story.
I had been raised in the church, and I felt like I knew Jesus. But looking back, I realize that I only knew the stories about him; I didn’t truly know him on a personal level. I knew of his existence without personally experiencing his presence.
As I grew older, I found myself drifting further away from God, searching for meaning and acceptance in all the wrong places. I thought drugs would help me escape, that material things would fill the void, and that relationships would make me feel valued. But none of it ever felt like enough.
At the time, faith didn’t seem like the solution either. I had tried “the God thing” before and while it seemed to work for everyone else, it didn’t seem to work for me. I had questions about the Bible, God’s love, and his goodness.
But God wasn’t done with me. He put people in my life to show me his unconditional love.
People like my parents who never gave up me even when I was at rock bottom.
People like my wife Amanda who loved me in a way that helped me get a glimpse of God’s unconditional love.
And people like my brother, Kyle, who sat and talked with me about the things I was wrestling with and showed me it was okay to have questions.
They all told me of God’s love and grace through Jesus, but it was hard to put all the pieces together. I still struggled to believe it could be true for me.
I found myself sitting in the car with a friend who began to share all the brokenness that he had experienced throughout his life. He was looking for all the same things I had been looking for: hope, forgiveness, purpose, and love.
I can’t explain it but, in that moment, I found myself sharing what everyone else had said to me. I told him about Jesus and the love he had for him and the forgiveness he brings.
What I wanted to be true for him, had to be true for me. I understood that Jesus had forgiven me no matter what my brokenness looked like. I started asking my questions differently–instead of being cynical, I began to discover what a personal relationship looked like.
Today, I don’t just know stories about Jesus—I know him personally. I feel his presence in my life in a way I never could have imagined. He took my brokenness, my loneliness, and my pain, and he replaced them with purpose, joy, and a love that will never leave me.
I’m learning what it’s like to find my worth, my peace, and my joy in the one place that can truly satisfy—a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Through baptism, I am excited to profess my faith in Jesus as both my Lord and Savior.
We get to cast hope to thousands of people when we gather for services each week! Continue to invite people you’re praying for so they can experience the hope of Jesus, too.

We believe Jesus Christ is the hope of the world and that the local church is how people come to know and experience him. Because of this, we do missions that result in church planting.
The work with our global partners continues to bear fruit amidst challenges with communist governments, extreme poverty, post-Christian cultures, and the prosperity gospel influence.
We’ve been a part of starting multiple pastoral training cohorts in Mozambique that are strengthening churches in that region.
Honduras now has its first Acts 29 pastor/church officially welcomed into the network! It’s a powerful step forward that brings great hope for the future of church planting in the country.
The work we are engaged with in the Iberian Peninsula continues to gain momentum as we have seen the number of Acts 29 churches growing in this area of Europe. And, in early January we will partner with them to put on the first Acts 29 conference in Portugal.
While the political and economic conditions in Cuba continue to diminish, the island has remained strong with the planting of house churches as networks of church planters work together to spread the gospel.
The work we have been engaged with in Brazil continues with great excitement and hope. We recently sent 130 people to Brazil for a three-day conference and then 13 teams worked with 20 churches across the country on short-term missions.
We are grateful for the generosity of our people and their desire to be a part of seeing 1,000 people on foreign soil in a five-year time span.
Let’s not stop or be satisfied with where we are. Let’s live as a sent people who will go, who will give generously, and who will be steadfast in prayer.

We’re boldly calling people to love, serve, and connect with others the same way Jesus did. So our vision is 100 percent engagement; it’s to be completely surrendered to Jesus as Lord of your life and completely committed to his mission. We talk about engagement with four words: serve, group, go, and give.
Thank you for serving! Your heart for everyone who walks through our doors not only makes services happen, but creates opportunities for people to hear the gospel weekly.

We are a church-planting church. We collaborate with other churches to start new churches in Greater Houston and we start new campuses that are in close proximity to the people we are trying to reach in the 4B Area. This will require earnest prayers, generous giving, and “gospel good-byes” as some leave a campus or this church to start new campuses and new churches.
Clear Creek Community Church continues to invest in the mission of planting new churches—both locally and globally. As we look toward establishing ten new churches/campuses in the Greater Houston area, we’re excited to highlight three current church plants we’re supporting through resources, training, coaching, and in partnership with the Houston Church Planting Network (HCPN).

We broke ground on the land of the East 96 Campus in November 2024! We gathered for a time of prayer and worship before officially breaking ground on the East 96 land. We plan to open the doors in 2026!
Join us as we continue to pray for the progress of the East 96 building and the people these churches/campuses will reach.

No one can surrender your heart to Jesus but you. It’s a daily choice we make to lay down our own desires to take up our cross instead to follow him. But full devotion isn’t something that happens over night. Let’s encourage one another, get in the Word together, and pray for God to move in our hearts.
