What is SHAPE?
S – SPIRITUAL GIFTS
Spiritual gifts are God given abilities empowered by the Holy Spirit to build up the church and serve others. Discovering your spiritual gifts helps you understand where you may be especially effective and fruitful in ministry.
H – HEART
Your heart reveals what you care deeply about. It points to the people, causes, and needs that stir compassion and passion within you. God often uses what moves your heart to guide where you serve.
A – ABILITIES
Abilities include your natural talents and learned skills. These can come from your education, work experience, hobbies, or everyday life. God uses practical abilities to accomplish his purposes.
P – PERSONALITY
Personality reflects how God wired you to interact with the world and others. It includes how you relate to people, approach tasks, and respond to change. Understanding your personality helps you serve in ways that feel life-giving rather than draining.
E – EXPERIENCES
Your life experiences matter. This includes your family background, career, spiritual journey, and even difficult seasons. God often uses experiences from our past to help others find hope.
