CLEAR CREEK COMMUNITY CHURCH ANNUAL REPORT
April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026

Dear Clear Creek Community Church Family,

A people of hope doesn’t sit still. They move. They show up. They open doors and cross thresholds and believe that God is doing something worth being a part of, even before they can see the whole picture.

That’s what this year looked like for us.

In January, the 517 Campus went public. In February, we cut the ribbon on a new building at East 96. And through every open door, every new face, every moment of courage large and small, more people heard about Jesus through Clear Creek than at any point in our 32-year history.

That’s what happens when a people of hope shows up.

We’re two years in. Three years to go. The casts of hope are adding up, the vision is coming to life, and the longing for what God still wants to do has never been stronger.

In the pages ahead, you’ll see what that looks like — in numbers, in stories, and in lives that have been changed by the hope we carry.

Keep casting. Keep going. Keep engaging. Keep planting. Keep surrendering.

God is at work among us. And he is not finished.

As we live on mission—praying for the people around us, listening to them, sharing meals with them, serving them, and sharing our stories with them—we are casting hope, trusting only God has the power to save and change their life.

We believe Jesus Christ is the hope of the world and the local church is how people come to know and experience him. Because of this, we do missions that result in church planting.

The work with our global partners continues to bear fruit amidst challenges with communist governments, extreme poverty, post-Christian cultures, and the prosperity gospel’s influence.

In Mozambique, we started a second pastoral training cohort and graduated the class from the first cohort. They are leading area churches and planting new ones. Work is being done to plant churches in villages where only the local dialect is spoken.

Honduras now has its first pastor and church officially welcomed into the Acts 29 network! It’s a powerful step forward that brings great hope for the future of church planting in the country.

The work we are engaged in on the Iberian Peninsula continues to gain momentum as we have seen the number of Acts 29 churches grow in this area of Europe. In early January, we partnered with those churches to put on the first Acts 29 conference in Portugal. Nineteen people from Clear Creek Community Church were sent to help with the conference.

While the political and economic conditions in Cuba continue to deteriorate, the island has remained strong in the planting of house churches as networks of church planters work together to spread the gospel.

The work we have been engaged in in Brazil continues with great excitement and hope. In May 2025, we sent 130 people to Brazil for a 3-day conference, and then 13 teams worked with 20 churches across the country on short-term missions.

Clear Creek Community Church is grateful for the generosity of our people and their desire to be a part of seeing 1,000 people on foreign soil within a 5-year time span. We have already had over 500 people on foreign soil and look forward to seeing that number continue to grow.

Let’s not stop or be satisfied with where we are. Let’s live as a sent people who will go, who will give generously, and who will be steadfast in prayer. We are a people of hope!

We’re boldly calling people to love, serve, and connect with others the same way Jesus did. So our vision is 100 percent engagement; it’s to be completely surrendered to Jesus as Lord of your life and completely committed to his mission. We talk about engagement with four words: serve, group, go, and give.

Thank you for serving! Your heart for everyone who walks through our doors not only makes services happen, but creates opportunities for people to hear the gospel weekly.

In addition to the regular partnership with local ministries throughout the year, in October of 2025, we once again stepped out of the physical walls of our church buildings and went into our communities to cast hope and serve others through the Hope Initiative. Thank you to all who participated that day!

We are a church-planting church. We collaborate with other churches to start new churches in Greater Houston and we start new campuses in close proximity to the people we are trying to reach in the 4B Area. This will require earnest prayers, generous giving, and “gospel goodbyes” as some leave a campus or this church to start new campuses and new churches.

After leaving Bayside Intermediate, where God was so faithful, East 96 Campus had an incredible grand opening of its new building on Sunday, February 8, 2026.

Seeing our new building filled with people—worshiping together, praying for each other, and celebrating with big hugs—was an awesome reminder of God’s faithfulness and your faith-filled investment in this church’s mission. And as special as opening day was, it was not a finish line — it was the starting line of something God wants to do in our city. This new space is a tool for the mission God has given us: helping more people find hope and follow Jesus.

The opening of our 517 Campus on January 11, 2026, was just a glimpse of the story God is beginning to write through this new campus. Step by step, God is building something there and we believe God is going to use this campus in extraordinary ways. Thank you for being part of the foundation he’s laying!

While we will continue to meet at Lobit Elementary for the foreseeable future, 19.2 acres of land have already been purchased on the corner of FM 517 and Cemetery Road for the future home of our new 517 Campus! We are so grateful to God for this significant step that opens up huge opportunities for the future.

Clear Creek Community Church continues to invest in the mission of planting new churches—both locally and globally—through resources, training, coaching, and partnership. As we look toward establishing 10 new churches/campuses in the Greater Houston area, we’re excited to highlight the newest church planters from Houston Church Planting Network’s (HCPN) 2025-2026 Finishing Cohort.

No one can surrender your heart to Jesus but you. It’s a daily choice we make to lay down our own desires to take up our cross instead to follow him. But full devotion isn’t something that happens overnight. Let’s encourage one another, get in the Word together, and pray for God to move in our hearts.
